Contact Support
Cancellations must be made at least 30 days prior to the reservation date for a refund. Cancellations made after the 30-day window are non-refundable. For pavilion rentals made less than 30 days prior to the reservation date, all sales are final.
The consumption of alcoholic beverages is prohibited on all park properties. The use of any device intended to produce, reproduce, or amplify sound in a manner that disturbs other park patrons is also prohibited. When renting a pavilion or facility, please ensure that music remains within your rental area and is kept at a reasonable volume. No explicit content will be allowed.
Available rental dates are released and become available for reservation 180 days in advance.
After you make a reservation at South Guthrie Community Center or Fredonia Community Center, you are required to make an appointment to tour the facility prior to your rental date.
Our rental facilities and pavilions are reserved for private events only. Public events and the promotion of public events are not permitted as part of a facility or pavilion rental. Montgomery County Parks & Recreation's rental policy ensures that mobile information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing purposes. However, sharing with subcontractors for support services like customer service is allowed. Opt-in data and consent for text messaging will not be shared with any third parties.
