From May to October, Downtown Commons hosts the Downtown @ Sundown concert series, where you can bring a chair or picnic blanket and enjoy free performances starting at 7pm.

The 2026 Downtown @ Sundown Lineup is Here!
This annual concert series returns to Downtown Commons on select Fridays from May through October, featuring free live music, great entertainment, and a variety of food trucks lining Main Street. Beer and other beverages will also be available for purchase.
Bring your chairs and blankets, but please leave pets, coolers, smoking/vaping, and outside alcohol at home. All concerts will begin at 7 p.m.

Unwind with Sunset Yoga at the Downtown Commons! Bring your yoga mat, a water bottle, and a friend as we relax and rejuvenate together. This event is free and open to the public. BBQ Fest
BBQ Fest Across the River is a two-day, October 9-10, 2026, family-friendly event at RichEllen Park, featuring a BBQ competition, cornhole tournament, live music, and football on the big screen.
Enjoy free activities, beer, food trucks, and the People's Choice tasting, all in a fun-filled atmosphere celebrating great food and community!
Fall Break Movie Marathon
Make plans to visit Downtown Clarksville for our πΊπππ πΎπππ Fall Break Movie Marathon, happening October 12β17!
Starting at 6 pm each night, journey through the legendary πΊπππ πΎπππ saga with a different movie featured each evening at the Downtown Commons.
Bring your lawn chairs and blankets, arrive early to enjoy themed activities, explore interactive experiences, and grab dinner or treats from our amazing downtown restaurants and community partners.
Each night will feature new surprises from across the galaxy! Stay tuned for event updates.
