Fredonia Park and its community center are located off of Highway 12 at 4650 Old Ashland City Road South.

Fredonia Park is currently under construction and expected to open in Summer 2025. The park will feature:

Rentable Community Center

The Community Center at Fredonia Park was the former Fredonia School built in 1926. The site serves as the home of the Friends of Fredonia Park. The Community Center offers the following features:
