Spaces to Connect and Grow
Welcome to the North Branch — we're so glad you're here! Inside, you'll find something for everyone, at every age and every ability level. Little ones grow as readers and learners through story times, craft programs, and early literacy adventures. Tweens have programs to connect and explore what interests them, and teens have their own dedicated space to hang out and create. Adults can dive into lifelong learning, creative workshops in the Makerspace, and programs designed just for seniors and adults of all abilities. And when you need to get things done, our Business Center offers workstations and study rooms for focused, productive time. This is your library. Come on in.
Outdoor Spaces
Head outside and enjoy space for play, reading, and time together. Our secure outdoor areas give children a safe place to explore, play, and make new friends, while adults can relax, study, or simply enjoy a beautiful day.
Focus Pods
Need a little peace and quiet? Our Focus Pods offer private, noise-reducing spaces perfect for remote work, video conferences, telehealth visits, important phone calls, or simply finding a quiet moment to recharge. Whatever you need to focus on, we've got a spot for you.
Meeting Rooms
Planning your next group meeting or event? The North Branch has two meeting rooms available for nonprofits, each equipped with tables, chairs, a projector, and a PA system. The rooms can be combined into one space for larger groups — your next gathering has a home at the North Branch.
Makerspace
Get creative at the North Branch Makerspace — an art and craft space for adults where imagination leads the way. Our scheduled workshops cover everything from creative reuse projects to paper crafts and beyond, with new offerings rotating regularly so there's always something fresh to try. Check our events calendar for upcoming workshops and come ready to get creative!
Senior Programs
Stay active, connected, and inspired at the North Branch! Our programs for seniors offer a warm, welcoming space to meet new friends, explore new interests, and enjoy a little something just for you. From fitness classes and lifelong learning workshops to social gatherings and creative activities, there's always something new.
Adaptive Programs
The North Branch offers a safe, supportive, and fun environment for adults of all abilities and their caregivers to come together, connect, and enjoy their library. Activities rotate regularly — including creative arts, social events, light physical activities and more — so there's always something engaging for every interest and skill level.
