Important Notes
Per IRS regulations, Poll Workers are considered employees and will therefore receive W2 forms.
At the end of the voting period, Poll Workers will receive a State of Tennessee Department of Labor and Workforce Development Division of Employment Security Separation Notice. This form in no way indicates eligibility for rehire; it is simply to document the period of time employed by the County.
