Veterans counselors are trained and certified through the Tennessee Department of Veterans Affairs as county veterans service officers. Our dedicated team assists veterans and their dependents in navigating the U.S. Department of Veterans Affairs system, providing support with filing for a wide range of benefits. Appointments are required to ensure personalized service. To schedule an appointment, please contact our reception desk at 931-553-5173 or visit our Online Scheduling Portal. Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4:30pm
