The Risk Coordinator manages daily operations of the County’s On-the-Job Injury program, assisting injured employees through reporting, claims coordination, and return-to-work efforts. The position partners with Department Heads and Elected Officials to support employee safety and training initiatives. Serves as a liaison between outside contacts including physicians, network providers, drug companies, third party administrators and other benefits vendors.

The Security Supervisor provides leadership and oversight for the County’s physical security and safety program, directing day-to-day security operations and implementing risk-reduction strategies across County facilities. This role establishes standards and performance expectations for both County security personnel and contracted security providers; ensures consistent service delivery; coordinates incident response and emergency preparedness; advises on security technology and access control; and serves as Risk Management liaison with County leadership, HR, Facilities, IT, and public safety partners to protect people and property.
