The William O. Beach Civic Hall is available for meetings, private parties, weddings, etc. This large meeting space, located in Veterans’ Plaza on Pageant Lane has one large room with theater seating for up to 300 or 128 people banquet style, or it can be subdivided into three smaller rooms. All rooms are equipped with the ceiling projectors and drop down screens. We provide the tables and chairs, as well as the set up of your room. There is also a catering kitchen available if you wish, equipped with two warming ovens, a refrigerator, ice machine and commercial dishwasher.

Reservations can be made through Civic Rec, and by requesting an event space button to the left & following the booking steps.

Montgomery County Facilities & Maintenance, located at 350 Pageant Ln, Ste 201 - Clarksville, TN 37040. Hours of operation are 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday through Friday. The office is closed for lunch from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM.
