This page will be updated as we hear more from our telecommunications provider regarding our incoming call problems.

 

Message from our phone provider @ Thursday, July 1, 2021 9:27 AM:

We have been notified by Sprint / T-Mobile Network Engineering of network calling issues.  We have also received multiple reports from customers stating that callers (who use Sprint / T-Mobile) cannot call their numbers.  Sprint / T-Mobile Engineers are looking into this issue.  This issue is sporadic and affecting callers in only certain cellular tower regions.  Any Sprint / T-Mobile customer experiencing the issue should reach out to Sprint / T-Mobile tech support to report the issue.  This process will help Sprint / T-Mobile engineers track where users are experiencing the problems.

Since this issue is not a CrossPath issue, there is nothing CrossPath can do to resolve the issue.  CrossPath Telecom Engineering is working to feed information to the engineering team at Sprint / T-Mobile as a way to help Sprint / T-Mobile resolve the issue quicker.

All services provided by NetGreene Solutions and CrossPath Telecom Network are functioning without issue.  We have confirmed that all network elements within the CrossPath network are functioning as expected.
