The Montgomery County Election Commission reminds voters that Election Day is Tuesday, November 3, 2026, and encourages all registered voters to make a plan to vote and review the proposed constitutional amendments before arriving at their polling place.
Amanda Joslin, Administrator of Elections, said, "Election Day is an important opportunity for citizens to make their voices heard. We encourage voters to review the proposed constitutional amendments before arriving at the polls."
"Voters who take time to prepare before Election Day are better equipped to make informed decisions at the ballot box," added Tennessee Secretary of State Tre Hargett. "I encourage every Tennessean to review the proposed constitutional amendments which can be found at GoVoteTN.gov before heading to their polling place."
Election officials note that proposed constitutional amendments often contain detailed language and may require additional time to review and consider. Voters who review the amendments before Election Day can spend more time focusing on their choices and less time reading lengthy ballot language in the voting booth.
